Welcome to DND Massage Therapy! By accessing or using our website, booking an appointment, or utilizing our mobile massage therapy services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Appointments

  • Booking Process: Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website. We require accurate information at the time of booking, including your full name, contact information, and location for the mobile service.

  • Confirmation: Your appointment will be confirmed via email or phone after booking. A confirmation email will include all the details of your scheduled service.

  • Cancellation Policy: We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service price and you may have to reschedule. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

2. Mobile Service Terms

  • Location: Our mobile massage services are available to clients within Katy, Texas. For locations outside of this radius, additional travel fees may apply.

  • Service Availability: Our therapist will arrive within the scheduled time frame. However, we cannot guarantee exact timing due to traffic or other external factors. We will inform you if there are any significant delays.

  • Access to Property: Clients are required to provide access to a clean, safe, and quiet environment where the massage therapist can set up the necessary equipment. If access to the property is restricted or unavailable upon the therapist’s arrival, the appointment may be canceled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

3. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Prices vary based on the type of service and duration. Additional fees may apply for travel outside of our service area.

  • Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, Wix. Full balance is due at the time of service, and receipts will be provided upon request.

  • Gratuities: Tips for our therapists are not included in the service price and are at your discretion.

4. Health and Safety

  • Health Disclosure: Clients are required to disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, or concerns before the session. This includes but is not limited to allergies, medical conditions, or pregnancy. This information will help our therapists provide the safest and most effective treatment.

  • Informed Consent: By booking and receiving services, you consent to massage therapy. Please note that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment, and you are encouraged to consult with a healthcare provider for specific medical issues.

  • Hygiene: Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene before their session.

5. Client Conduct and Behavior

  • Professionalism: Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner during the session. Any inappropriate behavior, including verbal or physical misconduct, will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

  • Privacy: During your massage, you will be properly draped with a sheet or towel, and only the areas being worked on will be exposed. Clients are encouraged to communicate any discomfort or preferences during the session to ensure a comfortable and safe experience.

6. Liability Waiver

  • Limitations of Liability: While we take every precaution to provide safe and professional services, DND Massage Therapy is not liable for any injuries or conditions that arise from the use of our services. By booking a massage, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks associated with massage therapy.

  • Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any client if the therapist believes that continuing the session would pose a risk to the client or the therapist, or if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal Information: We collect personal information (such as name, contact information, and health details) only to facilitate the booking process and provide our services. This information will not be shared with third parties except for payment processing and service-related purposes.

  • Data Security: We implement reasonable measures to protect your personal information and payment details. However, by using our services, you acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission is completely secure.

8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

  • Updates: We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Clients will be notified of any material changes, and the updated terms will be posted on our website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to abide by the revised terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas/United States of America, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.

  • Arbitration: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration rather than through court litigation.
